A vinyl 45 (Heart Shaped Box) autographed by Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl of Nirvana. Good set of Nirvana autographs from 1993 early 1994. Signed on UK version of the vinyl. Have only come across one other of these signed vinyls before.
