An empty vinyl 45 dust jacket, item is signed on the front in black biro pen by Jimi Hendrix. The “Jimi” part of autograph is textbook, “Hendrix” little hesitated. Just before the ‘d’ and at end of ‘x’ is fairly messy. Item was reportedly signed in London, UK on December 19th 1967.
